As an independent looking upon this matter, I will give you my opinion, trying to be as fair and honest as I can.
Worst: I’m going to have to personally answer G.W.Bush on this one…I’ve never seen such an ignorant excuse for a President. He’s making this country look terrible as he slowly destroys our economy and ruins the U.S.!
Best: probably going to say Clinton, despite his little affair. Our economy was beginning to pick up and our relations with other countries were at an all time high..However, I’m still youthful and am not completely sure how the country was a few decades ago.
Also, F.D. Roosevelt and J.F. Kennedy were alright from looking back on the history books.. =)
