    Goose Girl
    Book of a Thousand Days
    Enna Burning
All of these are by Shannon Hale who also wrote The Princess Academy.

There’s a story called East, and the cover is a girl and a polar bear. It’s fairy-tale-like. There’s also a book called Wolf Hunt,I believe. It doesn’t have a prince/princess necessarily, but the two main characters are noble, and the heroine is pretty cool.
The Goose Girl and Enna Burning you should also check out.
Oh, and I just remembered–Check out Juliet Marillier’s books–starting with Daughter of the Forest. I think you’ll like them. It has a fairytale ending. It’s a trilogy too, so you’ll be occupied for a while.

try Dragon slippers! it’s a great story, and it has a seqel, dragon flight. a third one comes out soon! these are by jessica day George. also by jessica is a version of ‘east of the sun’ ’sun and moon, ice and snow’ it’s great. last but not least, also by jessica is ‘princess of the midnight ball’ it’s WONDERFUL!!!
so read anything by Jessica day George!
east is also great, and i really liked it. you may also want to try ‘the healer’s keep’, but i think you’d like the dragon books better.
and Tamora Pierce is pretty good too, give her a try
