How Can People Think That The De Vinchi Code Is True???
Dan Brown- aka, the writer- said himself it is fictional!!!!! That means, for you who don’t know big words, that the De Vinchi Code WAS MADE UP!!!!

You mean the Da Vinci Code? Well some of us think the bible is a great fairy tale too…but if it is fiction, why is your faith SO freaked out about it?
I think the real question is, since it is obviously fiction, why are so many Christian (and particularly Roman Catholic) persons of faith so freaked out about what is, after all, um, fiction?
Yeah, the story about the scholar and the lady running from danger is a fictional thriller. It is also based upon some historical facts that Brown has researched. So while it is a fictional story, it contains some of the findings of real research within it. This is the second time Brown has released a work with essentially the same stuff. The first one was all about the research and wasn’t that popular. This one is clothed in a mystery thriller, was given extra advertisement by the Church speaking against it, and broke records for it’s opening weekend.
We live in an ignorant society that believes entertainment is real. There are people in our society who believe that the characters their favorite actors play are real and deny the reality of the person playing that part. So it comes as no surprise that we accept fiction as truth. We do that every day when we turn on the news or open a newspaper anyway.
There are some people who will buy into anything that is anti-Christian because they hate the Christian faith. There are others who are simply searching and don’t know enough about the Bible to distinguish between the facts and the lies.
Brown did say the story was fictional (characters, plot, etc.), but he claimed the theories within the story were true.
brown did not create story it has been around for a long time , it is a creditable as the bible , it actually has more facts . well let me some some facts since the bible has none.
Look, The Da Vinci Code was fictional, okay. I’ll give you that, but people believe what they believe, and other people telling them that they’re stupid because they believe that is an huge waste of time.
So, if people want to read the book or watch the movie, let them. Just like people can choose to read the bible or not, it’s totally their own choice.
Personally, I’m a closet Jesus freak, but I’m totally mellow about this whole Jesus Christ was married thing.
It’s a book. A book that can be taken and interpreted however many ways possible.
Its not a big deal. Really! It isn’t! Everyone should just mellow out.
The truth be told this particulat book can be found in the fiction section of any book store or library. An interesting read for sure though.

i think that the DaVinci Code brings up a lot of interesting questions regarding the catholic religion. Personally I think that the DVC was a good story (although i was very disappointed in how it ended) but there are a lot of questions that we will never be able to answer from it. the evidence that Dan Brown presented is simply subjective in nature.
Dan Brown was forced to say that it was a fiction. Christians are bunch of liars.
And last night god spoke to me that jesus is a nasty child.

Da Vinci Code is such a good book and movie. In fact it brought some people back to the christian or cathilic faith because it represented something so false to them.
