    This book missed the point
    I was disappointed in this book. All diets work – short term. Unfortunately emotions are the reason why 95% of people can’t sustain weight loss. Dr. Maxwell Maltz and Dr.

    I thought this was a fantastic book not just for people trying to lose weight but for everyone! Once you get past the 1st two sections, the advice is universal.
